Adaptive Controls & Test Systems is located near Lynchburg, Virginia servicing Central Virginia's industrial automation industry.

For over 30 years Adaptive has been a leader in setting design and programming standards for the industrial automation market. Adaptive has implemented these techniques with customer satisfaction in the automotive, nuclear, dairy, timber, and recreation industries among others.



Mark brings both practical hands-on and formal education experience to Adaptive, with a long history in the industrial market place. His start was as an apprentice electrician to licensed journeyman, foreman and job superintendent. Mark then pursued formal education at LeTourneau College, University of Florida, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earning both undergraduate and graduate Electrical Engineering degrees, with his graduate degree focused on Robotics and Automation. Mark started his controls business in 1993 while completing his studies at Rensselaer.

Isaac has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Liberty University with a Computer Science minor and joined Adaptive in 2021. Isaac grew up working with the family business and formally joined Adaptive after working at another company as an controls engineer after college.
